 "Weiming was our realtor when we sold our house in 2008.  It was a very difficult time for the home sellers and we were hoping for better outcomes naturally.  However, we feel that Weiming has provided excellent service; was instrumental in completing the deal.

Since the house was vacated, we relied on Weiming to take care of maintenance and various logistical issues while the house [was] on the market.  Not only that, Weiming also single-handedly managed house touch-up (a multi-thousand dollar job) without any compensation. She called and screened the contractors, and ended up finishing some job that nobody wanted to take by herself.  We were very grateful for her efforts beyond the duty of a realtor.

When the offer came in, we proposed the somewhat unusual demand of forgoing the customary home inspection. Weiming provided a creative solution by purchasing a homeowner warrantee at her own expense. When something actually broke before closing, she made numerous phone calls and trips to get it fixed using the warrantee service. Because of her diligent work, the transition went through smoothly.

While their home was under contract, Nancy was expecting her second child and the home inspection uncovered oil leak from the underground tank. Nancy was so worried that her buyer would back out of the contract and she would lose the house in Basking Ridge.
